We are currently spearheading the Internet Consumer Purchase Behavior Study with the Direct Marketing Association and a team from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, with the goal of measuring and understanding the effects of various attributes of a web store on consumer purchase behavior. The results of this study will be shared with all members of the DMA. SysIQ is recognized by the Direct Marketing Association as the preferred provider of eCommerce services to its members. SysIQ is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and the Catalog & eCommerce Club of Northern California.
