GeoPetro Resources Company is an oil and gas exploration, development drilling and production company. It has conducted leasehold acquisition, exploration and drilling activities on its North American, Australian and Indonesian prospects. These projects encompass approximately 372,317 gross (158,401 net) acres, consisting of mineral leases, production sharing contract and exploration permits that give it the right to explore for, develop and produce oil and natural gas.
