At Pacific Bakery, we've never used yeast and never will, which enables us to guarantee the purity of our products. Beware of other breads labeled "yeast-free." If a bakery uses yeast in any of their products, there is yeast in all of them. Yeast is an airborne mold and goes everywhere in the building. Unlike other yeast-free bakeries, all of our products are made on site under our direct supervision. We do not allow any other bakeries to make our products. This is the only way we can offer our "Yeast-Free Guarantee"!
