LEAD San Diego is a nonprofit organization focused on developing community leaders who can provide a catalyst for creating a better future for San Diego. LEAD provides local emerging leaders with an overview of the region and the issues that impact it, access to San Diego's leadership and a network of people and organizations that help. LEAD engages the community on important regional issues and trends and takes action through region-wide problem solving to help inform policymaking processes and execute community initiatives.
