FroTime was originally created by several Mechanical Engineers back in 1996. The company started by selling Pro/ENGINEER tutorials online. FroTime was in fact the first company to offer online training for Pro/ENGINEER that could be purchased and immediately downloaded for quick learning. By 2001, FroTime had over 100 customers in 10 different countries. March 1, 2001 also brought about the release of FroTools Version 1.0. FroTime developed the product because of a real need customers had for Utilizing Engineering Data. As of May 2005, FroTime now has over 1000 customers in 30 countries worldwide. FroTime is headquartered in San Diego, CA and has 12 employees and growing.
