Photowall Design specializes in conservation framing of fine portraits, unique photographs, and other fine art. Our framing service is under the direction of Gene Murphy. Gene has been in the art and framing business in the Bay Area for 25 years. He emphasizes conservation techniques and unique presentations of art works, with uncompromising attention to detail and craftsmanship. Portraits of family and friends are important in our lives and they deserve the finest care and handling. Under Gene's direction, your portraits and other art objects will receive the professional care and design expertise they deserve. Gene received his BA from San Francisco State and his BFA from the San Francisco Art Academy, where he taught courses in The Care and Handling of Works of Art on Paper. He is an active member of the ASID and the AIA and a past member of the American Institute of Conservators.
