We use human patient simulation to deliver the most realistic training experience in the nation. Physicians and nurses travel from all over the United States to attend Basic Life Support, ACLS, and PALS at our state-of-the-art training facility. We are located in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. Master Train is accredited by the Texas Medical Association to sponsor continuing medical education (CME) for physicians.
