Analytical Surveys, Inc. (ASI) is an independent oil and gas enterprise focused on leveraging non-operating participation in drilling and production prospects for the development of the United States on-shore oil and natural gas reserves. The Company was previously engaged to provide data conversion and digital mapping services to users of customized geographic information systems (GIS). As of August 1, 2006, the Company sold the assets associated with the Wisconsin-based production center to RAMTeCH Software Solutions, Inc. (RAMTeCH). In March 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Axion International, Inc., through a merger of the Company's subsidiary into Axion.
