Only those candidates with exceptional records of accomplishment and a strong work ethic are accepted. Consequently, WWA candidates are more likely to be successful in a new position. WWA provides this service at a discount of 33% from established executive search company rates. WWA provides executive and skilled management search services. We provide these services for less (our fee is only 20% of first year's base salary). Our candidates are more likely to "stick" because most come with a personal reference from WWA core staff or senior Associate. Each applicant screened on work history, job experience, work ethic, and integrity. WWA candidates include industry executives and senior operations and applications management plus many skilled positions. WWA does not require an exclusive or a retainer. We are always looking for designers (all types) on the west and east coast and PLM experts (sales & implementation) on the west and east coasts.
