Since 1994, ChartLogic has implemented thousands of medical practices. Through this experience, we have learned that involving customers in key roles helps to make their transition smooth and minimize interference with the practice. One of the most important roles within the practice during implementation is the ChartLogic Administrator (CLAdmin). This practice staff member assists the clinic in specific preparation prior to initial training by helping to identify workflow and special training needs. Additionally, the CLAdmin assists in issue identification and resolution by having a clear-cut understanding of our products as well as how the products have been deployed in their practice. We have recently developed a CLAdmin certification program in ChartLogic University (CLU) to help clinic Administrators and Office Managers certify those individuals. A certified CLAdmin will improve the overall efficiency of our customer's practices. Often times, they can identify immediate solutions as they have been specially trained to assist in product workflow issues. It is very clear to us that customers who maintain a staff member as the CLAdmin have better overall experience with our products and empowers the practice to be more self-efficient. Currently, we are making an effort to update our records by confirming with our customers who is their CLAdmin on staff. We understand that medical practices experience turn-over and it would be our pleasure to assist clinic leadership in identifying a new role internally for this position.
