This information will assist you in providing an extra level of service for your most important clients. The appraisal process consists of:Setting up an appointment with the homeowner. Conducting a quick interior tour of the home. Taking digital photographs of the home, with the homeowner's permission. Measuring the perimeter of the home. From time to time, our appraisers may call you for assistance in setting up an appointment with one of your clients. This may involve providing a contact number, or calling a client to let them know that we will be contacting them, and explaining the purpose of the inspection.
