Since 1982, Mann Packing Company has focused on the foodservice industry. We offer a full line of fresh-cut and commodity products with year-round availability and stable pricing. Mann's fresh vegetables are packed under the strictest food safety guidelines, following the California Leafy Green's Marketing Agreement across all products lines, not just leafy greens. Our grower-partners for over 20 years, Costa Family Farms, grow nearly 80% of all of our crops. We partner with national and local foodservice distributors from coast to coast and Canada; truly servicing all of North America. Our mission, ‘Fresh Vegetables Made Easy', has kept our focus on fresh, value added, ready to eat products. We also offer a wide range of value added commodity packs and splits for smaller operations. Well known for being the world's largest shipper of fresh broccoli, Mann Packing now actually grows and ships more romaine lettuce then broccoli. Our broccoli focus is still prominent though. We launched Broccoliniâ brand baby broccoli in 1998 and still sell Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw to hospitals and schools nationwide. In 2002, Mann Packing Company acquired Garden Valley of Idaho and created their own company: Garden Valley of California, LLC which grows exclusive varieties of stringless sugar snap peas. Offered washed and ready to eat, or in 10 lb. cartons bulk. These delicious sugar snap peas are great served raw or lightly sautéed. One of the largest items Mann Packing now markets is our Simply Singles, Whole Leaf Lettuce Singles.
