Spotlight was founded by Simone Karakash. She has extensive experience in the hospitality/promotional industry. Her past experiences have helped her understand the amount of work and energy it takes to run promotional events, and it has been her professionalism that has taken Spotlight this far! Karakash is a graduate from the University of South Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business, as well as achieved a minor in Economics. Karakash received her Associates of Art in Mass Communications at St. Petersburg Junior College. Karakash has had the opportunity to do commercials for Disney, Spanish channel (HSN), Lifestyles Family Fitness Centers, and has been a cheerleader for Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Karakash has worked very hard in the entertainment industry. She has what it takes to run a company with class.
