The Saint Paul RiverCentre is part of the Minnesota Sports and Entertainment (MSE) family of businesses, which includes the Minnesota Wild of the National Hockey League, the Minnesota Swarm of the National Lacrosse League and the St. Paul Arena Company, which operates the Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul RiverCentre, and the Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium. MSE also has a majority stake in Wildside Caterers, a premier food service organization, and owns and operates "317 on Rice Park" (formerly the historic Minnesota Club), an intimate venue for receptions, business meetings, and weddings. Center Plate, one of the nation's largest providers of foodservice for sports, entertainment and convention center venues, provides food and beverage services for the Xcel Energy Center.
