Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) has been a leader in public broadcasting for over 30 years. Broadcasting both news and classical music, MPR signals cover more than 96% of Minnesota and also reach border communities in surrounding states. Minnesota Public Radio's regional broadcasts reach over 500,000 listeners each month. In addition, with national distribution of more than 180 hours of programming weekly, MPR is the largest station-based producer of national programming in the country.
