CWF Solutions provides full, food services to the Minnesota Department of Corrections. We service eight facilities located in Oak Park Heights, Stillwater, Shakopee, Willow River/Moose Lake, Faribault, Lino Lakes, and Rush City. Our administration of this program began in July of 2005. We staff Food Service Directors, Assistant Food Service Directors, Line Cook Supervisors, and Line Cooks to effectively perform the daily duties and functions this contract requires. We demand a high level of professionalism at all levels of our organization. Our ongoing commitment to this level of professionalism is demonstrated not only in the pride taken in our work, but with continuing education and training in key areas such as sanitation and food preparation. Our strict adherence to the operational specifications and requests of each facility make CWF Solutions the ideal choice for this food service operation. CWF Solutions also provides food services to the National Forest Service. We service Firefighters staging for deployment to fight brush fires primarily in the western United States in the summer months. CWF Solutions executes these services from the Duluth MN National Guard Facility. Our staff there is responsible for procuring the necessary provisions, the preparation, service, and all necessary facility maintenance to effectively provide the nutritional needs of these fine men and women.
