Elder Law is a relatively new area of practice, designed to help people who are over 55 years of age. This includes Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Living Wills and Trusts. It also includes Medical Assistance Planning along with other problems and/or difficulties that are faced by our Senior population.
