We are seeking dynamic individuals to work closely with our members to identify their unique individual financial needs and provide them with appropriate Affinity Plus products and services to ensure their financial success. In this role you, will make individualized recommendations to help our members reach their goals by creating and maintaining a strong relationship in understanding each member as an individual. You will provide solutions that range from basic banking services to lending services and beyond. You will also engage in problem resolution to ensure our members' satisfaction. You must be dedicated to building strong relationships with our members and to consistently deliver on the commitments we make in ensuring success for our members. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of outstanding customer service. Excellent communication and problem resolution skills are essential.
