The AKC Museum of the Dog located in West St. Louis County boasts the country's largest collection of art devoted to man's best friend. Exhibits include works by artistic masters through the ages displayed in historic Jarville House, a Greek Revival-style home built in 1853. A modern wing with additional exhibit galleries was completed in 1990.
