We have partnered with United Access, a St. Louis company that adapts vehicles for those persons with disabilities. United Access has been in business since 1980. In that time, they have given freedom and independence back to many people who have experienced a loss of mobility for one reason or another. Many of the vehicles that Lou Fusz carries can be adapted to meet the needs of those with disabilities. United Access can install hand controls, scooter and wheelchair lifts, full size lifts and high tech driving controls. United Access even has wheelchair accessible vans equipped with greater headroom and automatic ramps. They are truly wonderful machines! A wheelchair accessible version of the Chevrolet Uplander, Buick Terraza, Ford Freestar, Toyota Sienna, Chrysler Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan is available. The modifications have a warranty that mirrors that of the Original Manufacturer. In fact, the original manufacturer will reimburse purchasers for up to $1,000 of the cost of modifying a new vehicle.
