Beginning March 3, the St. Helens Public Library reduced its hours of operation on Mondays to 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. The reduced Library hours are a result of planned budget cuts that were adopted in June 2013. The implementation was delayed to coincide with the retirement of a Library staff member whose position will not be replaced.
