It's also the site to create world-class wines. Owner Barry Waitte and Winemaker Thomas Brown produce a hand-made, cool-climate Cabernet, Merlot and Bourdeaux blend Red Wine, and a medium- bodied Chardonnay, all grown from the estate vineyards in Oakville and Yountville.
