Whiteley Global, LLC, is directed by Captain John Whiteley. Captain Whiteley has over 34 years of experience in the maritime industry. He has served on active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Marine Inspector and Investigating Officer, and has held all the maritime positions from Third Mate to Master in the merchant marine. He has experience on freighters, containerships, tankers, liquefied natural gas carriers, utility vessels, diving support vessels, deep sea towing vessels, and inland towboats. He retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve in 2001 in the grade of Commander.
