Jackie has been a Certified Nurse Midwife since 1995. She attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate nursing degree. She completed her Master's Degree at the University of Colorado while simultaneously achieving her certification in Nurse Midwifery. She is a member of American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) and former Vice Chair of the local ACNM Chapter. Jackie has a special interest in adolescent health care and education, breastfeeding, family planning and weight management education. Jackie is married with two sons. She enjoys boating, running, scrapbooking and watching her sons play baseball, basketball and football. She volunteers as a Countryside Little League Board Member.
