ZARTI was created to provide the small business owner with a Single Solutions Provider that would guide that small business with the necessary strategy & provide "Back of the House (BOH) services. BOH services include:Finance (including bookkeeping); Information Systems & Technology Administrative Support; Human Resources & Staff Development (training); A small business owner is often called upon to actively manage ALL of the BOH areas and, most times, it is executed with reactive strategies rather than a proactive forward-looking plan. As the business grows, the owner's issues become more complex and diverse and consequently require more time and expertise from the owner. This trend continues until the business owner is spending a majority of his/her time as the "Office Manager" for which he/she is not best suited.
