Universal Plastics Inc. is a full-service provider and installer of wall panels, wall coverings, high-impact wall coverings, fiberglass panelings, wood panelings, crash rails, corner guards, tub surrounds, and much more. Universal Plastics is comprised of four major divisions. For the commercial user, we install all of the Marlite products including FRP, Plank, modules, surface systems, Korelock, and Slatwall. We also install several panel systems for office lobbies, multipurpose rooms, elevator cabs, and wherever decorative wall panels are needed. The manufacturers we use are Marlite Surface Systems and Custom Plastics ... or we can design build any panel system using a variety of materials including wood veneers, designer metals, plastic laminates, or any face panel your architect has specified. In the countertop division, we install Formica countertops and all solid surfacing products such as Corian in residential and all commercial applications. The countertop division works with several millwork companies who furnish cabinets along with our countertops for a complete system. Our third division installs high impact wall covering such as Koroguard, Acrovyn, and IPC, including crash rails, corner guards, and handrails for a complete system for your hospital, vet clinic, dialysis clinic, or any of your high impact needs. Our fourth division installs tub surround material manufactured out of high pressure laminates. We designed this panel system approximately 20 years ago with great success in thousands of installations throughout Northern California. M&M Materials was started to work as a distributor for many of these products. It is now one of the largest distributors of Marlite, FRP, and high pressure plastic laminate tub surrounds in the United States.
