As you have probably known, Pho Hoa is the largest Vietnamese restaurant chain in North America with locations in almost every city where Asians densely populate. We did not start out this big. In 1983, the first Pho Hoa restaurant opened in San Jose with a tiny kitchen and a few seats. We did not have the required budget to launch a massive advertising campaign and success was uncertain. But with a good recipe, dedication, and a personal commitment to making the best soups for our customers at a reasonable price, we were able to capitalize on our strengths and use them to multiply our successes. Today, we are a successful company with an impressive growth rate.
