California Reverse Mortgage Company offers a variety of programs including a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Home Equity Conversion Mortgage, a FannieMae "HomeKeeper," and a Jumbo Product. A reverse mortgage does not require monthly payments, but rather repayment is due when the home is no longer the borrower's principal residence. The Daniel's started the Senior Loan Center in 1994 in Sacramento, CA. As their business grew, the San Francisco FHA office recognized them for helping seniors stay in their homes. In 1998, the Daniel's sold the Senior Loan Center. Four years later, Lloyd and Bonnie started the California Reverse Mortgage Company. Business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
