Tennessee Gourmet Food Company is a family owned partnership that began business in February, 2004. We produce and distribute a mild, medium and hot, chunky tomato salsa made with fresh Grainger County, Tennessee tomatoes. Our first production of Snappy Pappy's Chunky Tennessee "Gormay" Salsa began in April 2004 as the Grainger County Tomatoes started to come to market. Our salsa is available at selected regional restaurants, many Tennessee Wineries, specialty gift stores, produce markets, our webpage (www.SnappyPappy.com) and at many Tennessee festivals.
