Bellefonte Animal Hospital was founded in 1993 by Dr. William E. Fling. Dr. Amy Bess bought the practice in 1995 and is the current owner. Since Dr. Bess took over, the practice has continuously grown, but we are still able to maintain close relationships with our client and patients. The hospital is staffed with one veterinarian, six full-time staff members, one groomer and two part-time staff members.
