The Semcac Community Development staff is dedicated to developing and maintaining quality, affordable housing and related programs to strengthen individuals, families, and communities in southeast Minnesota. We are here to help cities, counties, local rental property owners, economic development authorities, local developers and single-family homeowners. Semcac serves as the area coordinator for a variety of services and programs as described below.
