Boston Career Link's Mission is to provide state-of-the-art services that successfully connect the businesses and job seekers of Greater Boston. Boston Career Link is Boston's largest-volume job placement service, and one of the first chartered Massachusetts One-Stop Career Centers. Boston Career Link is unique among the Commonwealth's career centers because it is the only center that is a venture originated by three major and well-respected community-based agencies: Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. (Goodwill), Dimock Community Health Center and Crittenton Women's Union. Today, Boston Career Link is operated by and co-located with Goodwill. Boston Career Link offers a wide array of workforce development and staffing solution services for job seekers and employers, as well as enhanced, individually tailored and customized services. Any individual who wants or needs access to our services is welcome to use them. BCL is funded in-part through the Dept. of Workforce Development, allowing us to offer many of our basic services at no cost.
