The Company’s general industrial markets include automotive, construction, simulation and test equipment, and engineering services. Curtiss-Wright’s products and services include pumps, valves, motors, generators and electronics; aircraft flight controls, landing systems, ordnance handling, stabilization and utility actuation, as well as metallurgical enhancement of stressed components. The Company operates in three business segments: Flow Control, Motion Control and Metal Treatment. Its principal manufacturing facilities are located in the United States and include principal facilities in California, Idaho, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. In September 2008, Curtiss-Wright acquired certain assets and liabilities of Parylene Coating Services, Inc.
