As a general urologist, Dr. Dowling has a particular interest in the treatment of enlarged prostate (BPH), the surgical management of kidney stone disease and in the laparoscopic treatment of renal and ureteral tumors and urologic oncology. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate. Dr. Dowling's clinical practice is based at Franklin Square Hospital Center, where he is the Section Chief of Urologic Surgery. He also serves on the Executive Committee of Chesapeake Urology.
