EEC was formed in 1989 in response to the growing demand for environmental engineering resources in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Earth Environmental Consultants, Inc. team brings diverse educational backgrounds to the client including Civil Engineering, Surveying, Horticulture, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Economics and Masters in Business Administration. The team has over 20 years experience in civil/environmental engineering, surveying, subsurface investigation, planning, zoning, project management, construction management, oversight of hazardous and solid waste programs and public relations, all with emphasis on meeting budgets and schedules while complying with environmental and other regulations facing government and industry. Our experience also includes regulatory agency negotiation, preparation of plans & specifications, cost estimating, budget preparation, construction administration, contract negotiation, claims analysis and review, field investigation and scheduling.
