We utilize the same criteria whether we are placing a candidate in a temporary position, temp to hire or direct placement. Our temp to hire program allows you to assess an individual's skills, work ethics, and compatibility while working for you in a temporary capacity. If the person does not fit the criteria you are looking for, you simply call us for a replacement. However, if the candidate is what you are looking for, they simply stay on our payroll for 480 hours at which time you may hire them at no additional cost to you. Our direct hire program allows you to immediately place the candidate on your payroll, at which time you are responsible for all payroll, payroll taxes, workers compensation and benefits and we bill you at a percentage of the annualized salary of the position filled. We are capable, through our four divisions, to recruit and staff for medical, technical, professional, clerical and light industrial. Every potential employee, no matter what area or division they are applying for, undergoes an extensive interview, criminal record background checking, work referencing, skills testing, drug testing when required by the client, and complete orientation on our policies and procedures as well as yours to find the best possible candidate to fit your needs. Candidates placed on assignment are employees of Action Staffing Group, Inc., unless it is a direct hire placement, therefore we are responsible for their pay, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, workers compensation insurance and benefits. You are billed on a weekly basis only for the hours worked by the employee at an agreed upon hourly rate.
