Tallan has developed advanced, business-critical IT software solutions since "client-server" and "object-oriented" were concepts. We recognized early on that in order to succeed, we would need to deliver real, business value to clients. That meant focusing on the critical systems that enable clients to do business, and using the best, most advanced technologies that can be leveraged into even more powerful, flexible, and adaptable systems. Such challenging work required the best talent available. We started with UNIX in the mid-1980s, embraced distributed, client-server computing in the late '80s, began working with web-enabling technologies in the early 1990s. Over the decades, we've built applications and systems that range as much in size as they do in complexity such as data warehouses, supply chain management systems, web services, legacy integration, custom e-commerce and e-business platforms and applications. As a result, we were positioned to grow and prosper even further as complex, web-enabled e-commerce and e-business systems became the norm.
