Creative Computing Solutions, Inc., (CCSi) was founded in 1992 by Dr. Manju Bewtra to provide application development and business support services to the federal government. Four years later, the company received certification from the United States Small Business Administration 8(a) program as a woman owned and operated small business. CCSi's initial programs supported National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), US Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and US Department of Agriculture (USDA). In 2002 CCSi established three business sectors Federal Credit, Federal Health Care and National Defense, Homeland Security and Intelligence. Upon graduation from the SBA 8(a) program in 2007 CCSi had established core competencies in Program Management Support, Business Process Solutions, Enterprise Architecture and eSolutions Development. CCSi's customer base currently includes Housing and Urban Development (HUD), USDA, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS). At CCSi, particular attention is given to providing the best quality of service. This focus on quality has resulted in the ISO 9001:2000 certification (initially ISO 9001:1994 in 2000). We were also assessed as SEI CMMI-DEV V1.2 Maturity Level 2 Certified and Capability Level 3 Compliant in April 2007. Moreover, the company has been granted numerous awards, including USDA's Woman Owned Business Contractor of the Year and the FAA's Outstanding Performance award. CCSi also received NASA/GSFC's Best Science Support Award and Certificates of Appreciation from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
