JTM Concepts, Inc. (JTM) is a certified Small Business Administration (SBA), small, disadvantaged, minority/woman-owned business. JTM's DBE/MBE/WBE status may be useful to prime contractors or government agencies that have DBE requirements to fulfill. More importantly, JTM provides the experienced personnel and quality technical services that effectively support commercial and government industries. Located in Rock Island, Illinois, JTM opened its technical publications division on October 14, 1996 as a result of a contract with the US Army Tank-Automotive and Armament Command (formerly the Armament and Chemical Acquisition and Logistics Activity (ACALA)) to provide technical publications, Internet applications, SGML tagging, database management, and systems training services. Through the years, JTM's capabilities have evolved to include all aspects of technical publication technology. This includes Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM); 3D visual simulations; training videos; and interactive training materials. JTM also provides complete transit solutions including documentation, training program development, and consulting. In addition to these capabilities, JTM provides Internet/Intranet application development and engineering services. JTM's latest venture is with Classroom3TM, which promotes the use of 3D applications to enhance the learning experience by providing the students with a clear and complete visualization of difficult concepts and subject matter.
