Our professional and technical staff have experience from many years of project involvement. This experience enables the firm to produce engineering designs following well thought out procedures. Many of our projects have completion dates established which require maximum efforts from our personnel to accommodate the client's needs. We have successfully completed a large number of projects with compressed time schedules while maintaining quality in the designs and contract documents. We monitor our work loads weekly to forecast our needs. By reviewing the firm's productive capacity and matching staffing requirements we are able to balance work loads with schedules. The firms professionals assume responsibility for project design and management. Each design component is evaluated using value engineering type techniques to examine alternative approaches prior to fully developing the final solution. The engineers direct the design effort to achieve the specific and unique goals of each project.
