This mission is to be achieved through several smaller objectives:o To establish a communications network among artists of all kinds having a mutual interest in the various aspects of filmmaking. o To develop relations with other local organizations serving a similar purpose in other art forms. o To coordinate the production activities of individual film projects submitted both by the Directors and by the Members. This includes all stages of production, from initial planning, through photography or videography, to promotion and distribution. o To promote the use of locally based products, services and resources to the fullest extent practicable.
