The New Hampshire Medical Group Management Association ( NHMGMA) is a non-profit organization whose membership is comprised of Medical Office Managers, Administrators and other professionals in affiliated organizations and businesses. Our goal is simply: Excellence in group practice management. NHMGMA was founded in 1977 when 14 clinic managers from around the state began to meet regularly to discuss common issues and share ideas. In the early 1980s, the membership had grown to nearly 65 members, and by the turn of the decade, NHMGMA's membership approached 100. Our membership now exceeds 350 and the expanded facility of the Executive Court is once again home to our monthly meetings and programs. Our present membership reflects a cross-section of group practices statewide. Over 1,000 physicians are represented, along with over thirty different medical specialties and subspecialties. Many of our members also belong to the national Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). In addition, third-party payors and vendors are regular contributors to our monthly meeting and are an important part of our membership.
