Membership organizations are organizations which allow subscription with the payment of a membership fee or a subscription fee. People are often only allowed to take part in organization activates until the are members. Types of organizations include professional associations, voluntary associations, political parties, clubs, trade associations and many more. Many of these are not for profit and work towards a common goal. Popular organizations in the US are the United States Tennis Association, the FSC US, WTO, Research!
