HSMM performs site planning and design for small commercial properties, landfill redevelopment, industrial park planning, military facilities, parks, trails and greenways, industrial facilities, and business and office parks. As a full-service architectural/engineering firm, the HSMM staff is experienced in developing master plans, site grading, stormwater management, landscape design, traffic studies, and the site infrastructure needed to develop the project. HSMM also has the in-house expertise to create plans to develop environmentally sensitive areas such as Brownfields and wetlands. HSMM also can help clients facilitate agreements among property owners, regulatory agencies and local governments regarding land use; evaluate zoning and development ordinances; and facilitate plan approvals with applicable boards and agencies. The result is a coordinated effort that reduces delays and the cost of project implementation.
