CognocartaGIS (CCGIS) is a full service Geographic Information System (GIS) company. Established in 2000 to meet the needs of Biological Research Associates (BRA) a thirty-two year old environmental firm, CCGIS now serves a wide diversity of clientele across the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Realizing the growing market for not only GIS products but for "Maps That Think," CognocartaGIS was re-structured and incorporated in late 2005 as CognocartaGIS LLC, to better meet the needs and demands of our clients. Currently we have six offices across Florida and one in San Jose Costa Rica. Our staff has a single focus: "to create maps and collect Geographical Information that will provide current, accurate and reliable data in the shortest amount of time and at the best value possible". Our mission reaches beyond providing raw data in any single, two or three dimensional array. The CCGIS mission is to provide the fourth dimension, time, which allows for a complete spatial analysis. Our highly trained staff includes GIS and Remote Sensing Analysts, Photogrammetrists, Geographers, Surveyors, Agronomists, Biologists, Zoologists, Ecologists, Geologists, CAD/GIS Specialists and Software Programmers.
