TKE Engineering, Inc. (TKE) was established in July of 2000 with the goal of providing Public Works Engineering Services to local Cities and Water District and Agencies. TKE provides project management, project planning, design engineering, construction administration, construction inspection, and surveying services throughout the Inland Empire from our office located in Riverside, California. TKE is a small consulting engineering firm with a staff of, surveyors, designers, drafters, inspectors, and clerical. We provide public works engineering services to local public agency only. As such, we avoid any potential conflicts of interest that other firms may experience if they are providing services to both the public and private sectors. TKE is fast developing a reputation of providing quality-engineering services. For the projects completed to date, our contract change order percentage for each and every project has been less than one percent. We perform detailed research and numerous site reviews to ensure all existing conditions are accurately shown and have been considered in designs. In addition, TKE provides a very careful and meticulous review of the plans to verify quality compliance. Since TKE is a small firm, we do not experience the overhead expenses of larger firms, and therefore are able to provide quality-engineering services at competitive engineering rates. TKE provides a local service approach that will meet the needs of these projects and will be cost effective for Agencies.
