NuCal Foods, Inc. is a family owned agricultural cooperative based in Ripon, CA and is the largest distributor of shell eggs in the Western United States. We combine the experience and heritage of four of California's most respected farming families, who together have more than 250 years of experience in the egg industry. We process over 7.5 million eggs per day from our 11 family farms and 7 processing plants in Northern California. We produce our feed locally in company-owned mills where the highest quality standards are maintained. Our fleet of nearly 100 refrigerated trucks guarantees freshness and on-time delivery every time.
