CORPORATE VALUATIONS is a Northwest business devoted to full time appraisal of closely held business interests. The home office is in Portland, Oregon. The senior valuation experts have more experience than any other appraisers in the Northwest at valuing private and public companies. All are Chartered Financial Analysts and Senior Members of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation. Staff members have given courses and seminars on business valuation, spoken to professional groups, written articles and participated in writing a definitive textbook on business appraisal. The staff has valued businesses in a myriad of industries for purposes ranging from litigation to tax matters to actual transactions. Appraisal output can range from a verbal opinion to a short letter to a highly detailed, fully documented report. Independent expert testimony has often been furnished by our staff in Idaho, Maine, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. In addition, we have provided advice on structuring purchases and/or sales of business interests, exchanges of stock or partnership interests, and recapitalizations.
