Communication Arts Associates is a full service advertising and strategic marketing agency, in the business of giving birth to fresh, new ideas. While most of our work is in mass media advertising and marketing, our comprehensive list of advertising and marketing services is rounded out by a depth of experience in public relations, promotions, special event planning and internet marketing. The marketing mix of each client campaign is unique, and we take pride in finding the right combination of elements to achieve the greatest results for our client. Our creative process, having collaboratively established marketing objectives and strategy with clients, we present a full complement of creative directions in what we call a "tissue session." During this session, we show our several different creative directions illustrated by a handful of marker comps for each. Then together we'll talk through how each concept would work in different media and how each would meet the objectives of the campaign, and relative production costs associated with each. This is in contrast to the presentations of many agencies (including some we've worked for) that consist of exactly one concept - the one they want you to use. In our experience, this short-circuits the collaboration, which shouldn't end in the strategic phase, but continue through the creative, execution and evaluation phases of the campaign. This ensures that the client and agency are on the same page and working toward a common goal at all times. Altogether, the creative and account management professionals at Communication Arts have worked in nearly every conceivable industry, on every size budget, and with every medium. We've helped market everything from mortgages and chainsaws to chemicals and psychiatric services.
