XPS Services has been providing call center services for the self-storage industry since 2000. We couple our sophisticated Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and call center technology with professional, experienced reservation consultants. Whether you are out on property or handling other aspects of your business, our trained consultants are prepared to answer inquiries, source the lead, take the reservation, track the results, and ultimately, secure not just "the" sale, but "your" sale. Our Reservation Center boasts experienced floor supervisors and over 30 self-storage reservation consultants (including bilingual consultants). Our consultants are answering calls 17 hours per day (Monday , Saturday 6:00 a.m. , 11:00 p.m. CST) and 7 hours on Sunday (10:00 a.m. , 5:00 p.m.). Our consultants are put through a rigorous pre-hire process including phone and face-to-face interviews.
